Job purpose
The purpose of this department is to provide end user support (hardware and software) and ensure that incidents and service requests are resolved on time and in a quality manner.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) plus a Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in ICT
- A minimum of four years’ experience in desktop support
- Driver’s license with code EB or international equivalent required
Recommendation
- Computer courses such as A+, N+, and MCSE are recommended and advisable.

- It is essential that the incumbent has good communication skills and can persuade tactfully.
