Position Synopsis
The Graduate Development Program for 2023 will be launched by HMM.As shown below, the program trains and develops graduates in the technical disciplines.
Graduate development opportunities are available across the following departments:
- Production
- Maintenance
- Engineering
- Finance
- Supply Chain Management
- Human Resources
In order to qualify, applicants must have recently completed their bachelor’s degree studies in the relevant fields from a recognized tertiary institution.
Requirements
- Candidates should have a Degree/BTECH/National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mining Engineering Geology, Metallurgy, Accounting, Human Resource Development, Human Resource Management, Logistics, Communication
- Working in heavy industry is an inclination
- A candidate should have good communication, analytical, and logical thinking skills
- The ability to work in a team and pay attention to details are critical
- You will be able to benefit from any vacation work experience or practical training experience in these fields
Core Accountabilities
- To enable candidates to participate meaningfully in their area of expertise, successful candidates will gain knowledge of Hotazel Manganese Mines (HMM) operations;
- Over the course of two or three years, they will undergo a structured learning program in which they will have the opportunity to establish themselves as valuable contributors.
