Foskor South Africa Bursary Programme: In 2023, Foskor will offer a bursary to qualified South African bachelor’s degree students.
Closing Date
- 14 April 2023
Bachelor’s degrees in the following fields will be awarded bursaries
- Accounting (BCom)
- Electrical Engineering
- Law
- Management Science (majoring in Business Analytics) (BCom)
- Mechanical Engineering
- Metallurgy
- Mining Engineering
- Quantity Surveying
In the event that you do not receive any feedback by 21 April 2023, please consider your application unsuccessful.
Requirements
The following minimum entry criteria must be met before applying (failing to meet all the requirements may result in your application not being considered):
- A Matriculation certificate is required
- Math, Science, or Commercial subjects on higher level must have a minimum grade of 60%
- The field of study you are studying must be listed above as one of your undergraduate qualifications
- The University must be accredited and recognized by the South African government.
- If you receive another bursary, you must stop receiving it
The bursary is open to talented and deserving students of any race and gender.
How to apply
All students meeting the above eligibility requirements must submit the following documentation (the submission of these documents is compulsory – if any items are missing, your application may be disqualified):
- A certified copy of the ID document
- The matriculation certificate (certified copy)
- Please provide a short version of your Curriculum Vitae, including your contact details (maximum one page).
- Your proof of enrollment at a tertiary institution, and an indication of your field of study (on the letterhead of your institution)
Note
- For this bursary application, there is no application form to complete – students must simply submit the documents listed above.
