We are a progressive and innovative mining company that specializes in metals recovery and processing. A plant operating in Brits is called the Inyoni Plant.
We are looking for an experienced:
- Time and Attendance Clerk for a long-term position.
This position requires the following qualifications of the successful candidate:
- Grade 12/N3
- 1 year X Time System experience in a mining or heavy manufacturing environment.
- Medically Fit.
- Must becomputer literate.
It is important to possess the following competencies in order to be successful in the job:

- Strong communication skills;
- Coordination and organising skills;
- Safety conscious.
It reports to the Payroll Practitioner and has the following performance indicators:
- General payroll related input and support.
- Compile and draw relevant time & attendance reports; identify deviations and inform the respective supervisors.
- Follow-up to ensure that all hours are reviewed and approved prior to capturing deadlines.
- Resolve time-related payroll discrepancies by collecting and analysing information and implementing changes.
- Generate time and attendance reports.
- Perform audits on overtime and short time.
- Advise employees with time related queries i.e ,annual leave, maternity leave & sick leave.
- Adhere to policies and procedures and MHSA.
