Key Responsibilities
- Assist shoppers in finding the goods and products that they need by providing excellent customer service
- Respond to customer queries / complaints. Display and price stock correctly –
- Maintaining product availability on the sales floor – Housekeeping – Promoting products 3. Ensure that products are tagged in accordance with company policy
- Be on the lookout for shoplifters and fraudulent activities during stock takes and report any suspicious behavior to management
