Description
To complement students’ studies, CIPC (a member of the dtic) provides opportunities for graduates to gain work experience.

The Internship Programme will run for 12 months and applicants are invited to apply. Sunnyside (Pretoria) is our office where interns will be placed.
WHAT IS INTERNSHIP
A public service internship is a work experience program for graduates who are unemployed, as envisioned by Cabinet in December 2002.
The program gives students a chance to gain work experience or practice the skills they’ve studied.
Internship program beneficiaries:
- Graduates of higher education institutions that are unemployed in South Africa.
- Those who have completed a degree but have not gained work experience in their field of study.
- A minimum age of 18 to 35 is required for applicants.
Graduate Internship Programme Agreements will be required of all successful applicants.

OTHER INFORMATION
Successful candidates will be subjected to qualification and citizenship checks.
Applicants are responsible for ensuring that their foreign qualifications are evaluated by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA).
Selection interviews will take place at CIPC’s discretion on a date, time, and location.

Requirements
Field of study: Commerce or Legal
- Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in auditing, risk management, or law is required. It would be advantageous if you specialized in forensic studies or fraud prevention.
- Number of interns required: 2
