Sappi Ngodwana Process Trainee 2023 Intake
The Sappi Ngodwana Process Trainee intake for 2023 is open and accepting applications.
Location: Ngodwana, Mpumalanga, South Africa
Matriculants with Grade 12 Maths and Science can gain skills in Sappi’s operations by participating in this 6-month program.
Online training, classroom training, and practical assignments are all part of the training program.
Trainees who successfully complete the program may apply for entry-level positions in various sections of our operation, such as the plant, the storeroom, the woodyard, or utilities.
A stipend is paid to Process Trainees during their training period.
Minimum requirements:
- Youth (18-25) from Ngodwana Mill’s surrounding communities who are unemployed
- Matric Mathematics pass (not Math Literacy)
- Matric Physical Science pass
- It would be preferable to use N3 in pulp and paper
The skills test will be administered to candidates who meet the minimum requirements. Shortlisting for the training program will be based on the results of the skills test.
