Unemployed South African youth are invited to apply for Sasol’s Leadership Programme 2023.
A total of 30 positions are up for grabs. The closing date is 13 April 2023.
What is it about?
During the 12-month programme, entry-level learners will receive theoretical training aligned with an NQF Learnership programme, as well as on-site work experience.
As well as literacy, numeracy, communication, computers, and business principles, it provides a solid foundation in literacy, numeracy, and communication.
In the practical component, learners will provide administrative support to managers and departments in order to prepare them for work.
Entrepreneurship, Business Operations, Customer Service, Business Accounting, Mathematics Literacy, Communication skills, and Computer Skills will be covered in the theoretical component.
What is required to apply?
Matriculation/Grade 12 certification is the minimum requirement for applicants.
Grade 12 qualified individuals can develop essential professional skills through this course.
