- As part of our Agricultural division, Mascor is currently seeking an Apprentice who will receive both on-the-job training and franchise training under the guidance of a technician in order to pass a trade test.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Quality of work
- Learning the systems, including diagnostics, is a priority.
- Establish daily and monthly targets for productivity and efficiency.
- Achieve dealership quality levels.
- Maintenance of franchise mandatory requirements is a must.
- Ensure that you qualify within the time limit.
2. Customer service
- Maintain 100% customer satisfaction and respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible.
- Communication regarding ongoing jobs should be ensured
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications:
- You must have a minimum grade 12 in Mathematics and Science or an NTC 1 in Mathematics, Engineering Science, Engineering Drawing, and a related trade theory.
