Media powerhouse Highbury Media (Pty) Ltd T/A Habari Media connects brands with targeted audiences through its world-class titles.
As part of our dynamic team, we are seeking x2 Design Interns living in Cape Town who are currently unemployed and seeking workplace experience.
The successful candidate will be exposed to:
- Design innovation and visual research
- Image sourcing/creation relevant to the brief/story
- Help with all aspects of design, including printing wall presentations, creating client mock-ups, ordering images, and creating PDFs
- Digital platforms and solutions
- Design and/or assist in all other forms of promotional material for the magazine, including mock-ups, rate cards, exhibition stands, and supplements.
Requirements
- InDesign
- Photoshop
- Acrobat
- Knowledge of printing
- Technical skills related to design and printing
- Have a tertiary qualification in design
