Introduction for University of Johannesburg

We provide internships to UJ graduates (degree/diploma) with no prior work experience so that they can gain practical workplace experience and exposure.

University of Johannesburg description

In this program, unemployed graduates will gain university-based experience in a variety of areas, improving their readiness for employment and opening career pathways that would not have been possible otherwise.

In addition, it is an opportunity to identify potential future employees.

Minimum requirements of University of Johannesburg

Criteria for selection of candidates:

  • Graduates must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
  • Not studying full time (preferably attending after-hours classes).
  • Applicants must be South African citizens or permanent residents.
  • The leadership/internship program is the first time I have participated.
  • Be willing to commit to the internship for a period of 6 months.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS (MUST ACCOMPANY YOUR APPLICATION):

  • A detailed Curriculum Vitae.
  • Certified copies of academic records.
  • Certified copy of ID.
  • Registration with a professional body (where applicable).

STIPEND: R5000.00 PER MONTH
