The Role of Sandvik
Developing socially, economically, culturally, and environmentally sustainable communities. We will blend grassroot projects with fieldwork projects, environmental, social, and economic research.
Coordinate all CSI/ESD initiatives for customers and ensure that all customer initiatives are recorded and reported.
Sandvik Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research for corporate sustainability projects and programs, analyzing and reporting the results.
- Keep up with the latest developments in renewable energy, sustainable work processes, and environmental science.
- Utilize economic, social, and corporate governance measures, standards, and methodologies to establish and maintain proper sustainability benchmarks.
- Conduct audits to ensure BBBEE/Localisation compliance.
- Involvement in localization initiatives.
- Overseeing the relevant governance committees and coordinating their activities.
- Prepare feedback reports for relevant governance committees on a monthly basis.
- Data analytics are captured and maintained monthly.
Sandvik Profile Required
- A diploma/degree in Business Management, Environment Science or an equivalent qualification is required.
- Business Analytics Skills.
- At all levels, the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently is essential.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to execute outputs with precision.
