For graduates in the following fields, McCain Foods (SA) offers a structured 12 month (fixed-term) Graduate Trainee Programme:

The course is designed for new entrants into the world of work who have recently obtained an academic qualification. It is geared towards providing and developing recent graduates.
Over the course of twelve months, the program will include eight online training modules. A starting date of April 2023 and an end date of April 2024.
This program will take on a number of graduate students in various functions.
During the Graduate Development Programme, graduates must be located at the site where the specific vacancy is advertised.
Graduates will gain experience in a complex, multinational FMCG company with an integrated supply chain, including agriculture, manufacturing, logistics, and sales & marketing.
Leadership and personal development will be covered, as well as practical exposure to projects, including the day-to-day operations of this family-owned business.

Requirements
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Demonstrate that you have graduated or completed your degree (in the fields listed in the advertisement).
- Must achieve a combined aggregate of 65% or higher
- A student cannot be enrolled in an internship or graduate program OR have previously participated in an internship or graduate program.
- Good Communication skills
