Exxaro Coal is recruiting and inviting unemployed youth to apply for the 2023 Engineering Learnership vacancies.

In line with the mission to ‘power sustainable communities’ Exxaro Coal, Grootegeluk Complex is currently offering learnership opportunities which will target candidates who are interested in growing their careers within Engineering.
The Leadership program consists of structured unit standard-based learning combined with practical and workplace experience.
Preference will be given to local Employment Equity candidates in line with the BU EE Plan.
ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
DIESEL
- Grade 12 (Technical) 40% and above
- N3 Business English /n4 Communication
- Grade 12 English / Mathematics, Physical Science, Mechanical Technology, Technical drawing JEGD
ELECTRICIAN
- Grade 12 (Technical) 40% and above
- N3 Business English/ n4 Communication
- Grade 12 English / Mathematics, Physical Science, Mechanical Technology, Technical drawing JEGD
FITTER
- Grade 12 (Technical) 40% and above
- N3 Business English /n4 Communication
- English / Mathematics, Physical Science, Mechanical Technology, Technical Drawing JEGD, Grade 12
PLATER- WELDER
- Grade 12 (Technical) 40% and above
- N3 Business English IT 44 Communication
- English / Mathematics, Physical Science, Mechanical Technology, Technical Drawing JEGD, Grade 12
