Position Requirements
Certificate of completion of Grade 12. Interpersonal skills are good. Communication skills (verbal and written). The ability to operate a photocopy machine.Working under pressure is a must. Good interpersonal relations and customer service. Maintaining confidentiality is a must. Knowledge of computers. A valid driver’s license is required.
Position DutiesÂ
Management and operation of photocopy machines. Binding and laminating of documents are among the responsibilities. Provide counter services and answer counter queries. Ensure that the work environment is organized.
If the photocopier machine malfunctions, please report it. Make a requisition for photocopying materials and arrange for machine maintenance. Support the campus’ vision and mission by participating in activities in the information management department. Participate in a variety of committees. Follow the code of conduct.
