Responsibilities
- Providing proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions to exceed customers’ expectations
- The effective execution of role responsibilities through timely planning, reporting, and updating of all relevant information related to the relevant learning role
- Contribute to new innovations against objectives by participating in the business’s innovation process
- By executing all activities necessary to be efficient and successful, participate in knowledge sharing and projects to maximize skills for the role and relevant career exploration
- Completing training assignments as part of the graduate development plan
- Participate in training to increase own skills and competencies as a graduate
- Enhance own competencies by managing own development
- Demonstrate and display the values required by the business by living them
