REQUIREMENTS: There is no experience required and a grade 12 certificate is required. Practical experience with MS Office packages, such as Word, Excel, etc., will be an advantage.
Communication is good. Knowing the policies, prescripts, and guidelines of the Public Service. Understanding of the Basic Conditions of Employment.
DUTIES: The information should be captured using a spreadsheet to ensure it is captured correctly and verified and validated for Peer Group Trainers and Learner Support Agents.
Assessing the accuracy of the data captured, amending it as necessary, and dealing with queries regarding the data captured. Recognizing and reporting problems to the supervisor and giving the Directorate access to the data captured.
Captured data and documents should be stored and maintained according to standard archive procedures to ensure correct storage.
Provide information on the applicable data basis. Documentation for the payment of LSAs should be prepared.
Providing monthly reports to districts for the payment of LSAs. Filling and logistics for HIV & Aids programs. Monthly reports should be written and submitted.
