As a member of the programme, you will receive valuable working experience and theoretical training while earning a salary, enabling you to build a solid career foundation in the Financial Services industry.
You’ll have a team of mentors who will provide you with support for work challenges and be available for friendly chats through the training process.
On an ongoing basis, your performance is evaluated.
The company may offer you employment opportunities after you complete the program.

Following are the criteria you will need to meet in order to succeed:
- Have a valid South African ID number and be a South African citizen
- Having recently graduated
- Possessing a valid matric certificate from South Africa
- Graduated from a recognized South African institution with a three-year degree in commerce
- Academic performance above average in tertiary education
