Aspen Pharmacare South Africa: New Product Development Graduate Programme 2023 applications are now open.

With Aspen’s NPL (New Product Launch) program, you will go through a rigorous training process while experiencing business development and new product launches.
All of this will take place under the supervision and guidance of the NPL Managers. As a result, you should be able to advance your skills in new product development and launch.
Other benefits you will gain under the programme include:
- Data models and systems used by the NPL division will be trained
- An introduction to basic market analysis- the use of data models to analyze market data
- Learn how to review product lists to identify potential new business opportunities
- Exposure to the coordination of new product launches as part of basic project management
- Spending time with marketing- a week in each division, arranged with the relevant head
- Meeting with external departments
- Work-based learning assistance
- Meetings to accompany
