Ports Regulator of South Africa Internship: An internship programme for unemployed students is being offered by the Ports Regulator of South Africa in 2023.
Location
- Â This position will be based in Durban and will require some travel.
Unemployed students are invited to apply for the Port Regulator’s in-service training program, which offers five internships over a twelve-month period:
We are looking for interns with strong analytical and critical thinking skills to participate in our internship program. An organization’s successful graduate will be exposed to different functions.
Requirements
Corporate Services Department
- B.Com or National Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Auditing x1
Legal Department
- LLB degree or equivalent 4-year law degree x1
Policy Strategy & Research Department

Post graduate qualification (Honours / Masters) in Economics, Econometrics or equivalent x1.
Industry Development Department
-
Post graduate qualification in Economics, Stakeholder Management/Communication, Research x1.
Office of the CEO
-
Bachelor of Administration/ Public Administration /BCom degree x1
Key functions
- Â Assist departments in achieving their objectives by providing general support and participation.
- An internship provides interns with an opportunity to utilize their academic background in the workplace while gaining experience.
- As part of this twelve-month opportunity, interns will gain exposure to corporate administration processes.
