Motus South Africa: Level 1 Apprenticeships for 2023
Motus South Africa Purpose
Learning and developing technical and diagnostic skills in order to complete various levels of work accurately and timely.
To diagnose, remove, repair and replace components.
Specific Role Responsibilities
PROCESS AND GOVERNANCE

Ensure that agreed performance targets are met in accordance with set procedures and service level agreements.

Follow governance and compliance processes when performing work.

Solve operational challenges using known solutions and escalate unresolved problems.

To provide timely and accurate information to help decision-makers in areas of accountability, record and report on transactional activities.

Ensure that customer assets are protected in accordance with company policies.

Maintain evidence of portfolio.

Follow the apprentice curriculum, including all workplace safety regulations and all other specific actions outlined in the learner agreement.
FINANCE
Maximize financial performance and profitability by executing work activities effectively and efficiently.
CLIENT/CUSTOMER

Ensure that all aspects of the business are designed to exceed customers’ expectations.

Deliver work activities effectively to satisfy customers.
PEOPLE
-
Improve work quality and enhance skills by attending training initiatives.

Own and live up to company values.

Providing technical support to assigned technicians for the purpose of learning.

Training and development interventions will be provided according to the logbook and the planned training schedule.

Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Experience

0-1 year experience in a similar environment
Minimum Qualification

Higher Certificates and/or Advanced National (Vocational) Certificates at NQF Level 04
